Single en-suite accommodation is available in James College at the University York. Accommodation is limited and must be pre-booked through online registration. James College and the Roger Kirk Centre Galleria Restaurant are situated next to the Exhibition Centre.

Please note there is an additional charge for accommodation. Delegates should indicate their accommodation requirements during the online registration process.
Dinner, Bed & Breakfast (1, 2 and 3 September) - £55 per night
Bed & Breakfast (4 and 5 September) - £45 per night

Bedrooms
Each room will be equipped with shower facilities, bath towels, a hairdryer and an internet connection through personal network Ethernet cable (username and password required).

Breakfast and dinner
Breakfast will be served each morning in the Roger Kirk Centre Galleria Restaurant. Dinner on the 1, 2 and 3 September will be also be served in the Roger Kirk Centre Galleria Restaurant. Breakfast and dinner times will be confirmed in due course. Note that dinner events on the 4 and 5 September form part of the social programme and are included in the registration fees.

Check-in and check-out times
Check-in is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Room keys should be collected from the James College reception. Rooms must be vacated by 09:30 on the day of departure.
